The form handler is designed for email delivery rather than maintaining a separate website enquiry database, although hosting and email systems may process technical delivery and security logs.

If you choose to send the prepared enquiry, the email may include your name, organisation, work email, role, selected area of interest and the message you choose to provide.
Purpose
